Exceptional in testing and development methodologies and their interaction. Tester with broad Medicaid MMIS / DDI experience is highly preferred State HEALTH initiative which is implementation of an employer premium assistance program and/or a CDHP plan instead of traditional Medicaid eligibility/services. Project isnt same size as an MMIS DDI, but it spans many subsystems (claims, finance, managed care, member, reporting, etc), has significant MCO and eligibility interface requirements, and has a compressed timeline. Tester with broad MMIS DDI experience to perform testing efforts and develop/execute overall testing plan.
