Candidates will be supporting healthcare/medicaid initiative and must have some healthcare/domain knowledge and experience. Project Manager - PMP a plus but not required; Must be on site in Columbus Ohio. This role demands expert customer facing skills and prior experience within the Medicaid environment. Candidates will need: 1. MS Project experience for managing their projects 2. Executive level presence and ability to communicate 3. Strong organization skills 4. Good written communication Candidates will manage projects in these areas: 1. PACT to CSP, Managed Care and Financials and TPL 2. Managed Care and Enrollment Letters 3. Eligibility and Buy-In, Letter Expansion 4. Financial Reporting (includes 1099), BIAR, Medicare Crossover, Fund Codes, Adjustments 5. Claims/Financials PA, Timely Filing, Crossover Claims 6. Integrated Eligibility (Future Phases Generic job description: Project Manager (PM)-Perform project management activities using an industry-standard project management methodology to ensure quality standards are used throughout the assessment. Responsible for developing all contractually required project management deliverables and will be accountable for ensuring that project scope is maintained and that all other project deliverables are met within the required time frames. Management is inclusive of risk, issue, and communication management. Extensive client interaction will be required and PM must be able to interact on tough issues and deliver client satisfaction. Prior experience in application systems maintenance and enhancement projects preferred.A Resource will be chosen to serve as a Project Lead/Program Manager and must demonstrate an ability to effectively lead and mentor teams while gaining approval and satisfaction of customers/stakeholders.Longer Term Care experience is a plus.
