Work closely with Project team and SMEs to translate business requiremetns into Microsoft SharePoint workflows includes SLA development, auditing, and optimization of workflows. Establish Operations/Maintenance (O/M) support plan for the On/Off Boarding workflows including Capacity Management and DR plans. Prepare documentation and turn over to the client at the end of the contract. Skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to lead other team members. Strong customer service skills a must. Strong documentation skills a must. Has developed the full cycle of Microsoft Sharepoint Infopath workflows. SharePoint 2010 design, build, and test experience in an enterprise environment SharePoint Services/Portal administration and maintenance experience Experience with SharePoint 2007 and 2010, including data migration & backups Experience with IIS, .NET, XML, and ASP Has Training and can demonstrate SharePoint Services Software: 1.
