REQUIRED SKILLS: -10 plus years experience working as an email systems engineer -In depth knowledge in Microsoft Exchange 2010, Lync, Email Archiving Systems, Mobile messaging systems (e.g., BlackBerry and MobileIron) -Must be experienced in developing and enhancing messaging system policies and procedures. -Must possess expertise in performance benchmarking of messaging systems and be skilled in the application of advanced network management and diagnostic tools for predictive analysis, trending, and problem resolution. -Requires knowledge of Windows 2008 & windows 2012 OS internals, including memory, process, thread, and driver management. -Requires knowledge of I/O subsystems, file systems, and an in-depth understanding of Microsofts Active Directory. - Requires knowledge of Networking, Firewalls, TCP/IP, and Application Firewalls -Able to administer High Availability messaging environment, including Microsoft Cluster Services, and replication services. -Able to troubleshoot TCP/IP & network problems in a distributed, complex server environment (reverse proxy /data clustering). -Ability to script Powershell scripting language -Ability to perform work within set services levels and with minimal supervision -Must be have good listening skills, be task/goal oriented, and work independently to resolve problems. -Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team. -Must understand project timelines and goals and be capable of prioritizing appropriately when handling competing projects. -Must have superior troubleshooting and analytical skills. -Should be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and management. -Ability to articulate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing. -Ability to coordinate and implement ad-hoc and complex assignments. -Must be capable of leading special projects and product evaluations. -A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: -Professional Certifications (MCP/MCSE/MCSD) are highly desired. -Knowledge of social media (setting it up and supporting it) is highly desired RESPONSIBILITIES: -Designing, configuring, troubleshooting, supporting and implementing messaging systems, including Microsoft Exchange 2010 & 2013 , Lync, Autonomy Email Arching Systems, Mobile messaging systems (BlackBerry Enterprise Server and MobileIron) -Incident management (restoration of service to customers) and problem management (root-cause analysis and elimination of core problem) skills with the ability to identifying, resolve and document complex network, server and messaging system problems. -Work with the extended technical Infrastructure Group (Servers, Operations, Storage, Network Security, Database, etc.) to design and deploy systems. -Report information security incidents per the defined information security incident management process, providing audit details and analysis. -Respond to production issues as required on a 24x7 schedule. -Provide tier 3 support for the messaging clients (Outlook, Lync, BB, IOS devices )   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
