Collects business information using interviews, document/report analysis, business process descriptions, requirements workshops, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or insights/viewpoints. Conducts root cause analysis on process inefficiencies and data quality issues Compiles high-level business stakeholder and user requirements and translates these into workflow and data requirements. Involved in testing, user training, and implementation of solutions Provide ongoing process support to project stakeholders. Provide timely updates on status, issues, and challenges Responsible for documenting, developing, finalizing, and presenting business and functional requirements. Apply the appropriate business analysis tools and methods as needed, in support of the study of proposed changes to the business processes. Knowledge of the processes, practices, and tools of IT service management disciplines: demonstrate familiarity of ITIL principles and practices. Reviews and makes assessments related to internal and external customer feedback, metrics, policy and regulatory changes, work flow reviews, root cause data, new business strategies, and/or process changes. Education: Education and experience will be evaluated equally. Preferred: 4 year/Undergraduate degree in a computer-related field Experience: Knowledge/experience working in Lean Sigma projects (Preferred) Preferred Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Good customer interfacing, research, and communication/presentation skills Work Location: Houston, TX or San Ramon, CA. *Previous Oil & Gas industry experience would be preferred*   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
