If new countries/ subsidiaries are added, the goal is to determine the best systems and functionalities to meet their needs. Need mid-level candidates level 2 and 3s Large influx of work incoming. Need candidates that are able to quickly identify and resolve issues. Many SAP projects coming down the pipeline in various countries. We need someone that can work internally with teams to gather the requirements and recommend solutions. They need to be able to identify what the teams needs are and assist with developing new functionality and new ways of improving processes. As the team expands, the person(s) will be required to implement business processes for new countries or start-ups and enable an entire suite of processes and systems/technologies for these new countries. Since every government has a new way of new things, we need someone that has lot of experience in this area. Candidates must have excellent communication skill since they will be interacting often internally with the client/customers. This position will require the set-up of all financial systems to do earnings and report outs. • SAP experience ECC 6 is a must---if they have S4 that is nice to have (even SAP courses is a plus) • Support business processes, accounting and financial processes and oil and accounting • MBA nice to have • Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years of experience in gathering / documenting requirements, modeling and providing general client / IT liaison support • Experience with technical design process and models Experience with requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, JAD/RAD sessions, use case development, process flow diagrams • Agile (nice to have) • Experience using consulting skills and developing client relationships • Experience using analytical skills, tools and techniques to investigate information and to draw conclusions. • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems • Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics • 3+ years of SAP implementation experience • Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management business processes (GL focus) • Experience with all phases of testing of interfaces Candidate Profile • Looking for base support, not projects and track leads • Technical professionals • Excellent Customer facing skills • Clear communication   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
