Requires onsite support at times, with a maximum response time of 30 minutes. Client intends to make a purchase for which we believe there is limited or no competition. The purpose of this notice is to determine if other sources are available and whether the procurement method is appropriate. An interested party who provides an alternative to the commodity or service is invited to submit a written response to the procurement officer by the response deadline. Purchase Description: Provide computer and system support, specifically with the Electronic Health Records (MyUnity, provided by NetSmart) system on an as needed basis. Requires onsite support at times, with a maximum response time of 30 minutes (on a 24x7 basis) due to the requirement of providing medications within one hour after the designated time. It provides long term nursing care and basic care for the honorably discharged veterans and their spouses. When a system issue arises, it is imperative to have a quick response time to address the issue, allowing the North Dakota Veterans Home to continue meeting all obligations of a care center. DRN assisted with the implementation of the Electronic Health Records system so they have in-depth knowledge of how this system functions. That knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting purposes when the system is experiencing issues. Additionally, they have staff physically located in Lisbon, ND to meet the required response time. The STATE will execute a term contract with DRN for a period of 5 years. Cost will be negotiated on an hourly rate. Vendors must respond to the Procurement Officer in writing if you feel your company possess the qualifications listed in the justification section above, with specific experience in MyUnity or an equivalent Health Records product and describe how your organization can meet the required onsite response time.
