The worker designs, analyzes, develops, and implements computer applications using natural programming language, mainframe and web-based technologies following a structured application development methodology
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and systems; executing unit test procedures; and producing required program and project documentation
The candidate may assist customers with developing business requirements
Candidate produces accurate time estimates for technical solutions; recommends technical solutions and resolves issues

* Experience in programming, system design and analysis, development of software designs and coding of existing systems using Software AG Natural Application Platform programming language
* Ability to write, analyze and review complex software design solutions and development artifacts to ensure completeness, quality and compliance with standards and guidelines
* Experience using Treehouse Natural N2O change management system
* Experience performing or participating in unit testing, supporting system testing and user acceptance testing
* Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and ability to analyze SDLC processes for design and code
* Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy
* Skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment and maintain effective and professional working relationships
* Ability to provide on-call support, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, as needed
