Vendors will work collaboratively with L&I staff in activities including, but not limited to: • Conducting research or gathering information with L&I staff • Seeking input or direction from the L&I Core Team and/or L&I management • Development of any criteria for decision making or choosing among options • Peer review and feedback on deliverables • Preparing for L&I or external committee presentations • Delivering L&I or external committee presentations • Maintenance of project or service request work plans • Scheduling of and participation in meetings and teleconferences with the L&I Core Team or L&I staff. • Sharing knowledge and requirements with the L&I employees working on the Shared Application Services core team and, if requested, recommending resources for L&I employees to use to enhance their knowledge. Required Technical Experience : • Strong knowledge of the .Net Framework Class Libraries • Experience with application development in VS.NET 2.0 or greater • Experience with MS SQL Server 2005 or higher • Team Foundation Server in and Enterprise environment • Experience with IBM Websphere and Filenet products • Experience with ASP.NET web forms, base controls, user controls, server controls, custom controls, and Javascript • Experience developing .NET components that interface with web applications through messaging technologies. • Experience in developing enterprise class applications. • Experience in n-tier software architecture and development. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams, internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management. • Systems Analysis, Design and Development in Windows • Experience in Object Oriented Design Desirable Technical Experience: • Experience with Service Oriented Architecture • Experience using Business Objects/SAP for report generation • Experience integrating/implementing outbound correspondence systems • Experience with secure file transfer • Experience with WebServices/Remoting. • Experience with XML. • Experience working in a cross project or cross team development environment. • Experience with development methodologies and use cases. • Familiarity with application integration with MS Office Suite. • Experience with Web-based workflow/Business Process Management applications • Experience with Secure Access Washington (SAW) • Previous experience developing and/or maintaining the following types of web applications: o claims management business applications o tracking and reporting systems o public facing systems in a secure environment o document management systems o web-based workflow/business process management systems   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
