Desired skills include: - Experienced Web Analyst with design experience and/or application architecture skills - Ability to discuss design options with teams to determine best option - Ability speak with business and technical groups to understand requirements and translate to architecture design - Understand enterprise direction regarding architecture and translate to the business problem to be solved - Ability to navigate the organization - Ability to work in a team environment and communicate A background in distributed systems application development is required.
