Specificdutiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto: • Coordinatestandardoperatingproceduresforsystemchangeeffortswithateamof business analysts. • Ensurechangeclassification,evaluation,andprioritizationoccursaccordingto procedures associated with relevant systems. • Providesupportandguidancetobusinessanalystteammemberstofacilitatethe requirements development and management processes. • ServesasaliaisonbetweenthebusinessprogramscommunityandtheITorganization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. • Possessesexpertiseinthebusinessunit(s)theysupport,aswellas,anunderstanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities. • Analyzesbusinesspartnersoperationstounderstandtheirstrengthsandweaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. • Assistsinbusinessprocessredesignanddocumentationasneededfornew technology. • TranslateshighlevelbusinessrequirementsintofunctionalspecificationsfortheIT organization and manages changes to such specifications.
