Support deployment and usage of resources including vendors; manage scheduling estimates Define and document deployment, monitoring, maintenance and optimization procedures Gather and analyze accurate business requirements Evaluate current Identity Management issues and propose improvement solutions Adhere to all current Change and Problem management policies and procedures Develop and supports scripts required to deliver a variety of Identity synchronization solutions; manage third party solutions QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline; English fluency (knowledge of other language is a plus) Minimum 3 to 5 years Identity Management production support Large-scale (over 75,000 users), global environment experience Expertise in Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory and AD LDS Expertise with LDAP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, TCP/IP VBScript and PowerShell scripting skills Understanding of security concepts related to Public Key Infrastructures including Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS); Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO), Network Policy Server (NPS) Experience with Incident & Request management workflows (e.g. ITSM, Remedy) Experience with implementation of backup / restore and disaster & recovery strategies Knowledge or familiarity with ITIL processes and methods.
