Experience in documenting and revising remediation processes and procedures; ? Construct and employ scripts or other tools to install or assist with the administration of the server environment; ? Take responsibility for production system configuration from requirements to release, including detailed design, analysis, testing, and optimization; ? Investigate, design, and implement best-in-industry, innovative technologies that will expand Inovalons infrastructure through robust and scalable solutions; ? Develop and execute designs for complex systems backed by excellence, confidence, and thorough engineering analysis; and ? Develop, gather, and leverage metrics to manage the application performance and complex computing systems to drive automation, improvement, and performance. ? Enterprise level application support and configuration; ? Experience in managing tasks to ensure product or service delivery to meet established schedules and timelines; ? Strong oral and written communication skills; and ? Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and quick turnaround deliverables. Qualifications: ? Bachelors Degree, or greater, in related discipline required; ? 6 -10 years demonstrated progressive skill development in Systems Administration capacities; ? 3 - 4 years experience with vulnerability remediation methods and technologies; ? Server administration skills, ability to troubleshoot and remediate issues in IIS, Java, Windows and Linux environments; ? Expert troubleshooter demonstrated ability to persistently pursue a problem through resolution; ? Extensive experience with troubleshooting Microsoft technologies required; ? Extensive scripting experience not required, but strongly desired. ? Knowledge of existing industry standards, technologies, and operational norms; ? Manage stressful situations with calm, courtesy, and confidence; and ? A penchant for thinking outside the box to solve complex and interesting problems. Additional Data: ?
