The candidate will partner with the firms business lines, corporate communications, corporate creative, Risk Management to develop and maintain an enterprise-wide awareness program which promotes the benefits and principles of our security policies and vigilant culture. Responsibilities: Create a global security champion/ambassador program by partnering with the business to identify and train key associates in the role of promoting and socializing security awareness and contributing feedback to the overall program. Manage the development and delivery of the annual Web-Based Training (WBT) Security Awareness course, including new associate training. Coordinate delivery in the Learning Management System (LMS) and track employee completion rates. Manage the daily operations of the global Phishing Awareness Program including: o Assessing organizational learning needs o Creating drill schedules, lures, and identifying target groups o Create feedback training content for those associates who are unsuccessful in a drill o Provide follow up training, feedback, and record keeping for associates who are repeatedly unsuccessful in a drill o Gather performance and reporting metrics and create reports for management o Maintain historical metrics and perform trend analysis o Developing further enhancements for maturing and growing the Phishing program Produce dynamic content and cultivate followers for the Security Awareness GlobalNet site, an internal social media platform. Create and manage educational in-person and virtual events that promote awareness to associates. Requirements: Strong knowledge set of system security concepts and best practices. Familiarity with Security Awareness training, champion/ambassador, and Phishing awareness programs. Proven project management skills. Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce enterprise-level communications and content. Strong interpersonal skills/ability to work and interact with all levels of associates and management geographically located around the world. Highly motivated and energetic self-starter. Ability to collaborate with the ESPMO team and work independently.
