This includes designing and developing solutions and automated test cases for your own user stories and collaborating with team members as needed. • Participates in user story grooming to ensure the scope of stories is understood by all involved parties, properly sized, and everyone is on the same page. • Participates in peer code reviews to spread knowledge and promote quality. • Partners with QA to resolve defects in deliveries. • Partners with DevOps team members to handle escalations for upper environments. Skills • Self-directed with strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Must have experience with Spring Boot, RESTful services, NoSQL * Nice to have experience with Apache CXF, Kafka, Cloud Foundry • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. • Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile development practices. • Understanding of testing frameworks and software quality assurance methods. • Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. • Typically has 3 to 5 years of programming experience.
