The initial assignment will last one year, with likely extension in additional 6 month increments. Minimal travel will be required, but not reimbursable. Rates MUST BE be all-inclusive. Candidates will be using their own laptops. Candidates will be working onsite M-F for the entire duration of the assignment. Onsite interviews are no longer a requirement. Agency is willing to conduct Skype interviews. Utilize the bid comment to briefly explain candidates situation. PROSCI CERTIFIED CHANGE PRACTITIONER REQUIRED. Candidates without PROSCI certification will not be considered. Organizational change management experience is required. Do not submit candidates without OCM experience. PeopleSoft HCM Experience and software implementation experience also REQUIRED. The State recognizes that some aspects of the role, responsibilities and experience requirements are beyond the typical Project Manager PM5. Considering the unique needs for this position, candidates exceeding this rate will not necessarily be excluded from consideration.
