The OCM consultant will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase value creation, ROI and the achievement of business outcomes and results. Additional Responsibilities: This position will partner with others in many parts of the organization in their work. The OCM consultant will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. He/she may also provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. Identify, estimate, update and execute OCM activities Complete OCM assessments and a detailed analysis of the change and stakeholders Understand current processes used by stakeholder groups of the solution and determine how the new solution will change the skills, knowledge or behaviors of the stakeholder Develop a comprehensive communication plan including tactics and timing Draft, review and/or edit communications Partner with teams / individuals across various functions including: HR, Communications, Training Engage project teams and impacted stakeholder groups to determine the level of impact to current people, process and technology Measure effectiveness of OCM activities Support leaders and program teams in identifying measures of success and develop strategies and plans for measurement of associate readiness and adoption of the solution Identify, coach and manage Change Champions across impacted stakeholder groups  Experience: Experience leading or playing an instrumental role in large-scale organizational change efforts Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal; ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Change management / PROSCI certification desired   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
