Technicians should inspect all DAS components as compared to the intended design and closeout acceptance test data. Scope includes the coverage area of the current DAS to include the headend location at T3. Once the analysis is complete vendor should assess current design and performance data and compared to the design criteria. Vendor should suggest any improvements needed. Details of our scope of work for this assessment in shown below. Scope of Work FULL SYSTEM EVALUTION Complete site-walk to inventory & verify current installed DAS Compare documentation to as installed and report variations Recommend any installation or performance related corrections Perform a full system diagnostic Provide detail report on condition and performance of the system Identify connected and dark fiber that can be reclaimed for use CONSIDERATIONS Vendor shall use any available system documentation such as (ibw design, closeout/ATP, as-builts) if available. Vendor is expected to provide assessment services for a period not to exceed 30 days onsite time. Vendor shall provide enough technicians to ensure this assessment can be done timely. Vendor shall perform the work to avoid system downtime. No downtime is expected. Vendor personnel will be required to be cleared for security badging as required. Vendor will be provided access to parts of the airport required to perform the work Security escort will be provided if necessary. Vendor will be provided a point of contact to interface with for the entire assessment period. Deliverables - The deliverables for this initiative should be provided to the Airport. We will analyze the system parameters. Visually inspect all remotes, IDF connections, take photos of each, compare documentation to was it found Create a detailed report of everything found including: Design review & As-built verification Active DAS equipment Inspection Active BOM verification Documentation of all active equipment DAS alarm status report Pictures of all active DAS equipment Vendor requirement Vendor personnel should have verifiable requisite experience, skills, knowledge, training, and education to perform the above listed services.
