Then come join us and be part of our success story. Position Summary The Business/Systems Analyst will work in a highly motivated team to lead the charge in the support and maintenance efforts. The team member must lead the charge with support and enhancing the applications while working within an agile mindset. The individual must have experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams. The individual must have a passion to learn new technologies and takes pride in developing solutions while championing the agile mindset, automation and mentoring the team in all aspects of solutions engineering. Qualifications and Experience Advanced knowledge of Business/Systems: Advanced Oracle SQL skills Knowledge with ORMB, Siebel, and/or JDE a plus. Ability to train oneself in homegrown applications. Business Analysis skills – working one on one with business to train them in newly implemented solutions. Experience writing requirements documents, training documents and solution documents. Working with business to gather requirements for new stories or defects. Support and troubleshooting skills to identify issues throughout the end to end process spanning multiple applications. Once issues are identified, ability to go into applications to fix configuration or update with SQL scripts as needed. Experience with a variety of analysis methods and solution design activities. Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams. Accounting background a plus.
