Red Hat OS Support Experience (Network, CPU, Memory monitoring) troubleshooting performance issues, network issues. Cron Job Experience Monitoring/Reporting General Unix Scripting/Automation (Bash shell scripts…etc) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be very clear and articulate as this is a highly political environment and clear communication is a MUST. Must also be able to be a strong speaker, presenter, not soft spoken, quiet or afraid to speak up and lead/drive issue resolution. Nice to Have - LDAP experience a plus (IBM LDAP) Nice to Have - IBM TIM/ISIM 6 experience a plus Nice to Have - IBM DB2 experience a plus Notes : This person will sit remote.
