Partner with business owners, technology, domain service teams and external vendors to define functional specifications that meet business requirements. Determine gaps between business needs and current offerings and work with the team to recommend efficient and effective long-term solutions. Create materials to represent information in a variety of mediums including functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, data mapping, and requirement traceability matrix. Work with Domain Service teams to calculate peak volume numbers/transactions to determine performance feasibility Work with ADA experts to capture Accessibility Requirements Work with Business to analyze and build tracking mechanisms like Omniture tags Create project plans, timelines and deliverables to ensure coordination between various teams and timely deliverables. Conduct and direct Release and Implementation Planning sessions to ensure successful product delivery. Coordinate testing process to validate requirements.
