AI Model COE will focus on building, implementing, and monitoring AI models and will consist of the model development, operations and research teams. Strategy and Operations include model implementation, operating model, staff inventory management, recruiting and training. This new role will require a keen focus on strategic change management, execution, enablement, partnership, and leveraging a getting to yes mindset. Ideally this individual will have developed a core change management competency across large enterprise scale programs, with the ability to develop and execute • Develop a comprehensive change management roadmap, addressing core areas of enablement including communication, training, capability implementation, marketing, journey mapping • Support AI Model COE program implementation change management needs, including program communication needs across Enterprise • Utilize consistent methodologies and proven engagement techniques to ensure best in class change management program Leadership and Management • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services • Experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives spanning across multiple lines of business and functional areas • Experience working with AI Model COE to define, scope, and prioritize requirements • Strong understanding of change management models, processes, and requirements • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders • Define and document the process to ensure we are delivering on key Model Development. • Effectively communicate with internal and external partners   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
