Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Three (3) or more years of experience in digital accessibility testing and remediation. • Demonstrated experience working with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and Section 508 standards. • Experience testing with assistive technologies such as JAWS, ZoomText, or NVDA. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript sufficient to support accessibility remediation efforts. Preferred Qualifications: • Professional certification such as CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) or WAS (Web Accessibility Specialist). • Experience in public sector or regulated environments. • Experience remediating PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Familiarity with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, or Accessibility Insights. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong understanding of digital accessibility standards and best practices. • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify compliance gaps. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inclusive design.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
