Responsible for ensuring end-user functionality to support and enable business processes. Application development and maintenance activities may be dispersed across various individuals within the lines of businesses or team members from the technology organization. The position will be responsible for the following items among others: Act as the Liaison between Technology and the Business Area Business Objects/Crystal Development, Maintenance and documentation Coordinate the completion of work including resource assignments Collaborate on standards, guidelines and processes Coordinate with other T2 Teams Awareness of Business Objects new features May present technical details of system implementation plans during Core Review meeting. Business Objects Developer (Webi / Crystal/Deski/Xcelsius) version XiR3 or higher with 6+ years experience Strong SQL & PL/SQL skills Strong knowledge on Databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, Access etc Proven ability to multi-task and successfully execute and solve complex technical problems. Experience mentoring and growing teams Good communication and listening skills Great team player 6+ years of Business Objects/ Crystal and Oracle 10g Development. Business Objects Universe design experience. Overall 8 + years of software development experience.
