Qualifications Education, Skills and Competencies • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Organization Development, Process Management or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10 + years of progressive industry experience in the field of Business Process Design and Business Process Improvement • 8+ years of experience in Business Practice modeling, strategy and planning • Experience with BPMN, UML and TQM. • Business experience with SOA technologies and platforms (Oracle/BEA, Apache Software Foundation, TIBCO) • At least 5 years Business Architecture or Process Design experience • Experience in Transportation and Motor Vehicle Registry industries required. • Hands on experience with Service Repositories and Registries. • Strives for excellence in everything they do. • Brings a partnering approach to their job. • Focuses on the innovative use of technology to overcome business challenges. • Seeks to work in an environment that respects individual ideas and diversity. • Strong leadership skills. • Excellent communication and presentation   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
