Day Shift

The Technical Application Team Lead will have a strong business acumen to lead an applications development effort.

Required Skills:
· 5+ years experience leading a small to mid-sized development team.
· Senior experience with Oracle/DB2 application development.
· Expert knowledge of database architecture and design.
· Experience with requirements definition and specifications design.
· Full knowledge of the SDLC (software development life-cycle) including design, construction, testing, implementation.
· Experience leading in Agile methodology and fully versed with all aspects of sprint release.
· Proven client-facing interpersonal skills and abilities; work in a team environment, on-site in HP and/or client facility
· Experience with requirements definition and specifications design
· Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills:
· Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
