ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Candidates must have experience administering/creating Oracle 10g/9i/ on UNIX and/or Linux platforms. • Experience with High Availability database solutions/architectures such as Veritas Clusters, Oracle Advanced Replication, Oracle Standby Database/DataGuard or Oracle Real Application Clusters. • First hand experience with RMAN and one of the major backup packages. • Must have excellent SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting skills. Java or pearl experience is desirable. • Hands-on experience with Oracle performance tuning /Statspack/AWR/ASH/ADDM. • Data warehousing experience is a plus, but is not required. • Hands on experience with database monitoring tools is required (10g Grid/ 9i OEM). • Logical & Physical database design experience and data modeling experience is required. • Experience with DB2 is a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
