Exercises latitude to translate the needs of the business into system capabilities in the form of system requirement specifications. Understand and support the data architecture with the ability and expertise to develop overall solution to support the architectural direction. Perform research and development activities to support future IT business strategies. Must Haves Experience with financial data in a warehouse environment Experience with product tracking in a warehouse environment Experience with traditional data warehouse data structures Experience designing data flows and creating ETL requirements for development teams Knowledge of ETL tools such as Pentaho and Informatica Knowledge of IT operations, such as operating systems components, utilities, production schedulers and system environment hardware components Experience with source to target mappings Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business user-friendly language Experience with SQL and basic Data modelling Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly Knowledge of computer coding/programming languages and software development concepts Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, Kimball data structures, data management practices, system interaction patterns and interfaces Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Data integration problem-solving skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for issues of basic to moderate complexity Ability to analyze data from various sources and determine next actions Telecom experience Nice to have Bachelors degree or equivalent education and relevant experience. 7+ years related experience. Specific domain knowledge in Billing Basic knowledge of various corporate security rules, legal and regulatory obligations such as PCI, SOX or similar standards Basic knowledge of vendor software integration and interaction patterns Data problem-solving skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for issues of basic to moderate complexity Familiarity with Hadoop architectures Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Organization skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices Ability to understand and champion the organizations goals and objectives Good project management skills Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required Strong customer service orientation Resolve customer issues with software solutions and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements Ability to evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to meet user needs Prepare flow charts, business process management (BPM) workflow, and systems diagrams to assist in problem analysis Prepare test data for unit, development integration and performance testing   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
