We have a 24-month project with our client in Albany, NY that requires an .Net PL/SQL Architect, Expert Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: Develop batch application using .Net, Oracle to generate monthly statements, info pages, etc. Develop PL/SQL programs to support online form creation. Optimize workflow of document management and printing to efficiently align with business needs. Will adhere to NYSIFs application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process. Mandatory Qualifications: Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design. 84 months+: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 36 months with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) 24 months experience with HP Quality Center 60 months experience in development, support, and implementation of software to process premium calculations, renewals, audits, and ratings for workers compensation and disability insurance following NYCIRB guidelines. 48 months experience in development, support, and implementation of dynamic forms in Adobe LiveCycle 84 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Advanced Queueing 60 months experience as a .Net application developer - TFS, Visual Studio version 2010 or newer 36 months experience with C#.net 60 months experience with XML 60 months experience with XSLT Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency Additional vendor information Candidates need to meet 60% of the Preferred Qualifications to qualify for the position.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
