The developer will build Role Based and Attribute Based Access Control strategies (RBAC) for access to sensitive systems. This role also will build tools to automate provisioning, reviewing, and termination of Access, within OIM/SailPoint Identity IQ Solution and provide technical assistance and direction to the team in the design and implementation of reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify code improvement opportunities and refactor code Participate in requirement and design gathering session Participate in peer code review sessions Prepare system documentation Contribute to project estimation process Develop Java code for reporting, role management Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts Develops the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and runs current audit reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI for specific application Monitors delivery against SLAs and addresses exceptions to management Provide planning and support for existing platform Participate and assist in product research, and recommendations Stay abreast of new technologies as it applies to business needs Participates in on call rotation Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) Strong knowledge of object oriented analysis, design, and programming methodologies and lifecycles (Required) Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts. Strong knowledge of SUN IDM,OIM and SailPoint systems (Required) Knowledge of Oracle SOA and ADF for UI customizations Oracle (Required) Knowledge of unit testing using Junit or other Java tools (Required) Must have worked in an Agile environment (Required) Education/Experience: 3+ years Oracle IDM platform 3+ years professional hands-on development experience 3+ yeas of SQL and Java Minimum 2 years with Data Security Must have 2 years experience with assessing and implementing access control procedures and processes Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Windows AD and LDAP Minimum 3 years experience with SailPoint and HQL programming   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
