You should be a leader, a strong communicator, both written and verbally, and have experience and skills in configuration, customization, implementation, support, interfaces, design, integration, maintenance and upgrades to the Oracle EBS Financials Business Suite of products wearing a OLM/OLFM Subject matter Expert (SME) hat.. Preference is for candidates who have at least 3 to 4 or more Oracle EBS implementation projects under their belts. As a lead staff member, you must be able to perform user interface, lead user meetings, lead process improvement, gather requirements, do full SDLC, business case development, perform cost/benefits analysis for new or enhancements projects and articulate it to IT and user management for approval related to Oracle OLFM SME. You will also interface with vendors, maintain and resolve OLFM issues and compliance, and have strong project management concepts and experience. Education/Experience BS/MS in Science, Engineering or Finance with 7-10 years experience implementing Oracle EBS with 4-5 years implementing Oracle OLFM/OLM module. Mandatory We need an experienced Finance Functional consultant with 1) Expertise at R12 Upgrade or re-implementation from 11i 2) Oracle Lease & Finance Management (OLFM) related experience is a must 3) Proficient in the combination of modules OLFM/AR/AP/GL/FA. 4) As functional consultant / domain Accounting background is a must. 5) Deep expertise in setting up and troubleshooting OLFM (11i & R12) 6) 1-2 R12 implementations is a must with atleast 1 Release12 implementation covering OLFM 7) Ability to quickly scale up to heavily customized environment in 11i and help customer into R12 Upgrade. 8) Multi-Vendor working environment and communication is critical. 9) Experience with Multi-GAAP, Multi-currency, Multi-org, and Multi-Set of Books setup. 10) Uptake of R12 features like Multi-Org Access Control, Sub-Ledger Architecture (SLA), Legal Entity infrastructure 11) Experience with new functionality in R12.x differences from 11i to 12.
