The proposed staff must have a minimum of five (5) years (full time) experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources (HR) and Projects modules, forms, reports, processes, and workflows through release R12. The proposed staff must have a minimum of two (2) years (full time) programming experience in Oracle Time and Labor Application and a minimum of three (3) years (full time) of combined experience in Oracle Forms, Reports Developer, and/or PL/SQL for writing interfaces. The proposed staff must have a minimum of three (3) years (full time) experience with customizations to Oracle Web pages using Java. Customization experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources module: Additional points will be awarded for proposed staff that have one or more years of experience, acquired within the past five (5) years, in the development and implementation of customized code through the utilization of Oracle Forms and PL/SQL. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials development and implementation projects: Additional points will be awarded for the proposed staff that can demonstrate experience gained in the past five (5) years designing, developing, and implementing PeopleSoft Financials sub-system transaction modules or related system interfaces. (To a maximum of 5 points allocated based on the number of years of experience, up to 5 years.) The services requested through this RFO will provide technical Oracle Systems experts to modify the Human Resources (HR) and Project Accounting and Leave (PAL) applications that will interface with the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal). The team will be responsible for the work necessary to modify the HR and PAL applications to ensure that the applications are able to interface on an on-going and timely basis with FI$Cal. The team must also ensure the HR and PAL applications and any remaining functions of the Activity Based Management System (ABMS) continue to operate reliably and as needed in the legacy system environment. Within the first 15 30 days of joining the team, this position will: Gain access to necessary applications and systems, participate in DGS Onboarding process, ramp up by shadowing existing PAL support staff, attending meetings, reading system documentation, accessing test environments in order to understand current system design Within the first 30-60 days, this position will: Likely work with the Analytical team onsite to continue to complete fit-gap analysis to determine the changes required in legacy systems for the FI$CAL implementation and create an inventory and schedule of work to be completed.
