Required Qualifications: Oracle/Siebel DAC experience, including process creation, configuration, execution, customizations, and troubleshooting. Experience in the design of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence architectures. Informatica PowerCenter 8/9 experience, including mapping, session, and workflow design and development using PowerCenter. Development experience with Oracles BI Applications product line. A sound, in-depth knowledge of data warehousing/business intelligence best practices, architecture, ETL, and business intelligence tools. Knowledge of data modeling tools and a sound understanding of dimensional data modeling techniques and principals. Ability to assess business requirements , develop work plans, and design appropriate Data Warehouse solutions. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience developing complex Oracle SQL statements for research, analysis, data validation, and performance testing. Familiarity with standard methodologies and best practices to generate high-quality, easily maintained, and efficient ETL processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships with all levels of management and staff. Ability to work both independently and on a team. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Oracles Spend Classifier product. Knowledge of UNIX shell scripting, for the development of ancillary utility scripts. Experience with PeopleSoft financials. Experience with Metadata management and tools. Project management skills and knowledge of MS Project.
