Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of Cisco networking and troubleshooting a plus. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. The DOC telecom group manages: • Polycom video infrastructure and endpoints • Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD • Teams Phone service • Telecommunication Company management • Iphone support • Airwatch • Apple Business Management • Video conferencing account management Minimally qualified applicants must have: • Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies • Working knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting DOC requires background checks to be performed internally. This position will have minimal travel but it may be necessary for some projects. No overnight travel expected.
