Areas of focus could be but not limited to: PCI, SIEM, Access/Identity Management, Network Security, Vlunerability, Risk, ect) Job Duties: * Enhance security team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members. * Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; researching information security standards; planning / evaluating / implementing solutions; identifying integration issues; and preparing / tracking project budgets. * Plan secure solutions by evaluating network and security technologies; adhering to leading industry standards. * Implement secure solutions by specifying methodologies and solutions; implementing solutions (including calibration); preparing preventive and reactive measures and operational support documentation. * Verify secure solutions are optimized by developing and implementing test scripts. * Maintain security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures; conducting incident response analyses; developing and conducting training programs. * Upgrade secure solutions by monitoring security environment; identifying security gaps; evaluating and implementing enhancements. * Prepare security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. * Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
