[Client :Technology Services Branch (ITSB), Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD) ]

*Description:
The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) Information
Technology Services Branch (ITSB), Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD) in collaboration with the CalPERS Human Resources Services Division (HRSD) has requested assistance from (Company Name) to provide a Technical Specialist to implement improvements to, and document current HRSD business and system processes for the internal HRSD and enterprise use of the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This will require the evaluation of HRSD requirements supporting business workflows and practices, and document findings into detailed process maps and training materials. Under the direction of the Human Resources HCM
Administrative Manager, the specialist will work with both business and technical teams to produce required deliverables.

*Required Skills:
*5.0. Application Development
*Senior Technical Specialist/Lead
*Must be subject matter expert with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and the PeopleSoft Tand Labor module.
*Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Must be able to work with business partners to elicit and document
upgrade/implementation requirements and business process re-engineering.

*DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*The candidate must have at least five (5) years PeopleSoft functional analyst experience. The experience must be acquired within the last seven (7) years.
*Knowledge of the State of California Time Reporting Rules
*Knowledge of the configurations for the State of California Time Reporting Rules that must be configured for Peoplesoft HCM system
