The position will collaborate closely with clients to optimize business processes, to align IT applications to those business processes, and to develop global application architectures and standards in support of the business processes. Basic Qualifications: · 10 years relevant work experience. · Proven EOS Flow 4 solutions technical background with extensive experience in technology management (product and process designing tools, simulation, testing, validation, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and program/project management solutions). · Previous experience with Siemens Solutions (e.g.: NX, TeamCenter road mapping and deployment) is a must. · Understanding of data models and information flow that relates to the Engineering processes. · Ability to apply and understand capability maturity models for the evaluation of the Engineering Tools and · Processes maturity levels (assess business process gaps and build a technology roadmap in support of closing these gaps). · Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis. · Proven experience in solutions architecture, design and development. · Understanding of application architecture impact on technical infrastructure. · Excellent project definition and technical management skills. · Excellent understanding of information processing principles and practices. · Excellent grounding in core enterprise applications. · Excellent technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards. · Proven, hands-on experience with application development tools. · Excellent knowledge of software evaluation principles and practices. · Proven project planning and management experience. · Keen understanding of change management and testing requirements, techniques, and tools. · Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate (IT management, client management, and non-technical staff). · Ability to lead complex, cross-functional problem-solving initiatives. · Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required. · Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
