The Project Manager must be able to follow State, Department, Transportation Technology processes and procedures. This candidate must be a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI), have a working understanding of Oversight Project Management responsibilities, as well as a general understanding of IT State procurement methods and practices. This Project Manager must have knowledge of the requirements of Rule 60-GG, F.A.C. which establishes the project management and oversight standards the Department must adhere to when implementing technology projects. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. They must be capable of managing multiple large and/or cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity that have a greater impact to the enterprise. 5 Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication or other related field. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required 6 Experience Eight years of professional experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Communications. Experience with public speaking, training, or communicating detailed information to large groups is highly desired. Experience working with SharePoint 365 is highly desired. Experience and knowledge of the requirements of Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C. highly desired 7 Primary Job Duties/ Tasks 1. Coordinates the activities involved in the 60GG-1 FAC Compliance program within the Department. 2. Ensures the Department is compliant with all requirements of Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C. 3. Provides training and guidance to all areas of the Department relating to compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C. 4. Maintains the FDOT Coordination SharePoint site. 5. Serves as the Department liaison for all communication pertaining to Chapter 60GG-1, F.A.C., compliance assessments, and oversight projects. 6. Conducts assessments of technology projects to ensure that the Department is compliant with the regulations and requirements of Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C. 8 Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Knowledge of the principles, methods, practices, tools and techniques outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) (current version). 2. Skill in the use of the methods and tools used for risk assessment and mitigation of risks. 3. Ability to coordinate and manage projects and resources from a high level, including cost, work, and Vendor performance. 4. Ability to categorize work, set priorities, and determine short and/or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them. 5.
