Expert: 84+ Months - Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Bachelor level or higher degree Project Management Institute (PMI) accredited coursework 84 months experience in Project Management of Application Development projects that include multiple platforms, application programming languages and methodologies including internal and external web applications 60 months experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard project management life cycle methodologies including iterative project planning tracked via a project plan 24 months experience in IT customer relationship management in a governmental setting using centralized IT and project management services. 24 months experience administering a multi-agency project portfolio in a governmental environment which includes using standardized project management templates; estimating IT project budgets; determining Return on Investment (ROI); preparing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimations for proposed projects and implementation of Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) methodologies. Day-to-Day tasks Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project. Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing. Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
