These reports will be produced for the executive level management as well as detailed level reports on an as needed basis. • Create project level risk and issue management plans. The candidate will coordinate and produce project level resource reports. • Create and maintain a business plan and return on investment data for projects. • Create project presentations and progress reports on a monthly basis. • Organize, manage and direct project team tasks and assure the proper application of PMO standards, tools and methodologies in project work. • Develop the project plan. • Supervise and manage the project Stakeholders, the project team and project communications. • Manage project risks, issues and changes. • Oversee and manage the project schedule and project budget. • Manage conflicts and ensure successful project delivery. • Familiarity with one or more project/program management methodologies (such as PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, agile and MSP), ideally across a range of projects. • Ability to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types • Ability to develop strong client and working relationships with the team • Experience working with government agencies is a plus • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint • Microsoft Excel • Visio • Must have strong communication skills; both written and spoken • Must have ability to work in a team environment • 8 years Project/Program Management experience • 4 years experience with full lifecycle implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation • 3 years experience hands-on expertise with Microsoft Office products including Project and Visio • 3 years experience leading Agile projects • Current PMP certification • Transition to cloud Dynamics AX Extensive travel which may include overnight stay; must provide own transportation if state vehicle is unavailable; overtime may be required including weekends &/or holidays. • Successful completion of 2 yrs. post-secondary education majoring in business administration, public administration, computer science/information technology, social science, or health, with major being commensurate with project to be assigned; • 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects; 12 mos. exp. in project management (i.e., management & development of project/program requirements, design, development, testing/pilot, training & full scale implementation). • Or 4 yrs. exp. in project management (i.e., management & development of project/program requirements, design, development, testing/pilot, training & full scale implementation), with experience to be commensurate with project/program &/or position description on file (e.g., specific human service program area, management information sciences, fiscal); • 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
