Aggregate milestones across the projects within the OMR Program. Consult with Program Manager, OMR PMO members, Track Leaders, and Project Managers to assist with Project level communication activities to include developing communications process to be included on MS Project Schedule(s) Manage OMR Program Communications task and activities which include program meetings and overall management of communication resources (i.e. GlobalNet, etc.) Responsible for conveying the organizations internal messages; draft written materials, prepare presentations, and communicate with program stakeholders. Provide support to OMR Program Manager, OMR PMO members and project stakeholders on program level governance and communication activities Provide support to OMR program and other communication events (i.e. Coffee Connections, etc.) where OMR Program or project participation is required.
