Assist with reporting the progress of deliverables, status and metrics reporting against program timelines, milestones and stage gates. Work with PMO to maintain the integrated project plan and key milestones, including critical path dependencies internal and external to the program. Track issues and risks. Assist PMO with generating detailed program status reports as well as roll-up executive summaries for operating committee, steering committee and Project Partner PMO. Manage the scope change control process and understand / report impact to the overall program. Assist with managing project financials, tracking actuals against budgets and managing the capitalization process. Assist with managing the timesheet reporting process. Tracking Resource plans. Manage the program email box. Assist with Stakeholders analysis . Update the communication plan and calendar. Manage Project SharePoint site Assist with preparing communication materials Organize meetings, manage invites in Outlook, book resources, prepare and print materials Skills 1-2 years of program management experience. Logical, organized thinker who is proactive in following issues to conclusion/resolution. Reporting skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint). Strong written and oral communications skills. Native English speaker 1-2 years of budgeting and cost tracking experience. Good dependency management and schedule management skills.
