Job Responsibilities: * Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability * Create project planning documentation such as: Project Management Plan; Project Estimation, including WBS-based work effort and project budget; Project Scope Management Plan; Project Schedule; Project Staffing Management Plan; Project Responsibility Assignment Matrix; Risk Management Plan, Risk Register; Implementation Plan; Procurement Management; and Release Plan * Maintain Communication with project stakeholder groups * Ensure that the project progresses as planned * Manage issues utilizing project documentation and processes such as: Track and update Project Schedule; Track and update Risk Register; Issue Management; Change Control including Scope Management; Testing Strategy; and Post-implementation Review * Identify roles and associated skills needed to build project team(s) * Ensure effective utilization of resources * Budget creation and management Qualifications: * Six or more years experience as an IT Project Manager * Demonstrated understanding of PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge * Significant experience using Microsoft Project Server 2007 or above * Ability to lead multi-functional groups that are geographically dispersed * Ability to perform business and systems analysis and design * Excellent written and verbal communications skills Preferred Experience: * Certified PMI PMP * Experience rolling out project management processes and procedures * Experience implementing and administering Sharepoint Server sites * Experience coaching and mentoring project teams including other project managers   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
