The Project Manager will be working on the following projects: • Medical Center - Materials Management Information System (MMIS): New MMIS must streamline and automate inventory management processes, eliminate or greatly reduce manual interventions related to time consuming counts, research, and tracking of shipping and deliveries. Additional functionalities must include robust reporting capabilities (daily, month-end, year-end, aging, ad hoc, custom), data analytic tools, visual displays and dashboards, and workflow management to facilitate quick turnaround times for stocking and tracking of supplies and equipment. A project manager is needed to lead a success implementation, meeting timelines and budget requirements set forth in the project charter. The PM must coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timeline, maintain project plan and communicate status to all stakeholders, project sponsors, and senior management. Additionally, the PM will work with external vendors to schedule meetings/demos/site visits as needed ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. • Medical Center - Claims Editing System Upgrade: New claim scrubber must streamline and automate claim processes, eliminate or greatly reduce manual interventions, time consuming research and corrections, and expedite payment cycles. Additional functionalities must include robust reporting capabilities (daily, month-end, year-end, aging, ad hoc, custom), data analytic tools, visual displays and dashboards, and workflow management to facilitate quick turn around times from bill to payment. New claim scrubber should be a web-based application that can easily interface with all major integrated EHR. systems and comply with all San Mateo Countys security requirements. A project manager is needed to lead a success implementation, meeting timelines and budget requirements set forth in the project charter. The PM must coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timeline, maintain project plan and communicate status to all stakeholders, project sponsors, and senior management. Additionally, the PM will work with external vendors to schedule meetings/demos/site visits as needed ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • Three to five or more years as a Project Manager is required.
