Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This will be an iterative waterfall approach, however some Agile concepts will be utilized as well. The candidate must be very flexible, able to handle fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and have a solid background in project management.
