Ensure that all work produced by the team is accomplished in alignment with the strategic plan and support production of high-level qualitative output. Responsibilities: PEGA robotics projects including the use of: Workforce Intelligence Work Front Data Robot Process dashboard creation Write algorithms or programming code for robotic applications Document robotic application development, maintenance, or changes Monitor and analyze team quality/performance, methodologies, procedures, and processes to ensure business goals are met Oversee and package insights into clear, concise and unbiased presentations to senior management, stakeholders and other audiences Write, revise, and verify robotics quality standards pertaining to team output Review new or modified documentation, including reports, diagrams, and flow charts to determine conformance to guidelines. Identify and implement modification to meet documented standards. Ensure the quality of robotics products provided by the Internal Risk & Controls Team is in adherence to best practices and standards Solve business problems by defining the problem, interviewing stakeholders, identifying and evaluating robotics solutions, and presenting findings Gather, analyze, and synthesize business process data to using robotics solutions to present information in a way which will help promote data-driven business decisions Implement new/enhanced products, services and/or operational changes Prepare/collaborate on presentations, reports, white papers, etc. Interpret results of analysis; present recommendations, alternatives and implications Actively monitor industry trends, best practices, and updated/new relevant services offered Develop cost proposals, efficiency studies and quality control reports Qualifications: Masters Degree or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Extensive experience as a PEGA specialist Experience in problem resolution including presenting robotics generated dashboard information Effective analytical thinking skills, including summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results, or relationships Experience in designing and leading projects and/or initiatives of small to medium scope Experience in working effectively with diverse internal and external contacts Advanced Microsoft Office skills Effective skill analyzing and organizing problems or work processes for technical solutions Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals Effective skill in project management to managing timelines/deadlines/resources and ensuring successful project implementation Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to present complex data in a concise, understandable form Familiarity with SQL or other querying language Effective systems thinking, technology design, mathematics skills Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Effective skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations Advanced verbal and written communication skills Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
