SCOPE OF WORK High-level description of the need. A staff augmentation of IT Network Services resource is required to support router configuration, deployment/ decommission, design, and change work. The individual will participate in development of the Enterprise COLLECT/CJIS Public Safety Data Network refresh/redesign solutioning. Number of Consultants needed, if known in advance. One Target Class, if known in advance Level 3 Network Engineer 4. SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES TO BE PROVIDED Minimally, the following should be included: Deliverables and Services to be provided by each Consultant Provide the following services as directed: COLLECT/CJIS- CISS router refresh project. Review existing COLLECT and CJIS router configurations and modify configurations accordingly for new deployment model Configure new COLLECT/CJIS routers for deployment Work with current staff and assist Local PDs to make the required changes to implement new COLLECT/CJIS routers with the newly implemented PSDN network design model. COLLECT/CJIS PSDN network refresh/redesign. Work with current staff to implement new COLLECT/CJIS PSDN network design. Work on new and existing Footprints tickets. PSDN Enterprise services Mainframe (For both PSDN and Enterprise as needed) Assist in break/fix troubleshooting during scheduled work hours as needed. Develop work plans, roadmap documents, and written reports as directed. Departments requirements for status reporting. The resource will work directly with senior leaders in DAS/BEST who will manage execution of work and take oral reports/status meetings. If circumstances dictate, written reports may be required. Documentation required from the Contractor (e.g. reports, manuals, analysis, or other documentation as required by the Department). This is a staff augmentation engagement. Work products will likely include policies, procedures, guidelines, status reports, and meeting agendas. Applicable technical standards required by the Department, along with Department policies and procedures. NIST-SP800 CIS NFPA Implementation schedule for the Deliverables and Services. The initial period of work is anticipated to be from April 2020 through July 2020. 4. REQUIRED CONSULTANT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE List of required skills and experience - Be specific and concrete. The desired consultant should have: Level 3 Network Engineer Experience with working with Enterprise, Public Safety and Public Health network equipment and peripherals 6.
