Job Description Specialist: Pinnacle, PAE TEC Pinnacle 6.0 +, Oracle, Crystal Reports

Short Description:
The Product Specialist is the expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of products. Primary responsibility is to ensure availability and facilitate productive use of a product for Application Teams or end users.
Complete Description:
This position is for an expert in a product called Pinnacle, by the firm Paetec. This individual must have prior Pinnacle upgrade experience in versions above 4. Prior RDB experience in Oracle is also required.

Here are the anticipated Deliverables:
Complete assessment 4/2011
Make Recommendations for Upgrading
Migration of Application onto new servers 5/2011
Upgrade application to new release 6/2011

Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus years

Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study

Role Description:
Demonstrate expertise in teaching / conveying technical and / or functional courses / concepts.
Develop appropriate work programs / budgets and use to effectively schedule tasks / assignments.
Identify improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services / products."
