The UAT Manager will work in concert with the User Experience Manager to ensure end-to-end user experience integrity, and will partner closely with Quality Assurance, Technology, Project Management and other subject-matter experts. The PM will prepare test plans, test scripts and UAT calendars; select test methodologies; train and monitor users conducting testing; document status, findings and recommendations; document defects and ambiguities; support speedy and acceptable resolutions including writing requirements; and identify and communicate risks and opportunities in a timely manner. Responsibilities: -Responsible, directly and through subordinates, for overseeing all activities and people associated with projects that are across two or more lines of business and carry a substantial impact to the relevant businesses. -Manages a program or series of projects associated with a specific business strategy to obtain benefits and controls. -Interacts with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects. -Functions include: setting high level strategy on business, product, and customer service needs; analyzing profitability, policy, programs and staffing to ensure optimal business results; initiating and directing highly complex projects, including those managed by others; overseeing project staff in their identification of requirements, development of project plans and strategies, and preparation of business cases; regularly influencing and negotiating with senior management; managing task forces; overseeing program/project control and related risks; managing program/project financials; developing and/or authorizing policies/procedures/controls within scope of project to optimize results while ensuring compliance with government regulations and enterprise policies. Requirements: -10+ years project management experience and 5+ years management experience. -At least 7 years of experience planning and executing complex user testing programs for enterprise-class software. -At least 5 years of project management experience. -Proven skills partnering with technology managers, project managers, systems consultants, and other diverse stakeholders. -Ability to independently handle multiple projects simultaneously, comfortable with tight deadlines, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities. -Superior skills in written and verbal communications on technical issues. -Proven ability to achieve success in matrixed decision-making environments with geographically dispersed teams. -Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS and SQL BA/BS from an accredited university.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
