Documents technical requirements. - Provide estimates on time, effort and resources to complete a scope of work. - Define and execute unit testing procedures to ensure high quality solutions. - Train, mentor, and develop other staff. - May perform other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience: - Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of related technical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
